 Why not come and join us. The sessions are delivered by Lincoln Wheeler, MTB Coaches and they will ensure the Riders receive a challenging MTB Training Programme. We will be training in MTB technical and non-technical environment Sessions will be held at Pickworth Plot, (what 3words newlywed.repayment.announced). Which is part of the Doddington Hall Estate. Meet at the Giant Store at Doddington Hall. Timings, 09:30 - 12:00, please arrive on time. There is a small fee of £5, to cover Coaching costs.
 All Riders should arrive in their bike kit with their own food and drink. Think about food & drink for the journey to & from the session and snacks for during!?
 All Our MTB Coaches and assistant Coaches are first Aid Trained. 

To ensure we get a quick start to the session, please arrive on time with: - Clean and in good working order MTB bike & helmet Emergency repair kit Bottles with your choice of fluid Any snacks. Any extra clothing. Fully completed consent form should be completed for non Lincoln Wheeler Go-Ride riders. Your Kit- Dress appropriately for Off Road conditions & the weather. Gloves. We will ride through all-weather unless it is deemed unsafe, so please dress appropriately (rain jacket for wet weather and for colder weather, legs must be covered, and you must have a warm outer layer). Small rucksack to keep your extra kit in and to make it easier riding to & from coaching areas. We expect Riders to come with a good attitude prepared to listen and learn. Inappropriate language and poor behaviour will not be tolerated. Riders who cannot behave in a respectful manner will be asked to leave and may be at risk of not being allowed back for further sessions. this is for everyone's safety, and we expect all Riders to take the safety of themselves and their fellow Riders seriously.
